What to expect during the hiring process

Interviewing is nerve-wracking at the best of times. (Especially when the hiring company drags it out for what seems like forever with no end in sight!) 

Our recruitment team strives to do better for our candidates. That’s why we’ve outlined our standard interview process below, so you know what to expect.

Step 1

An initial 30-minute call with our recruitment team. Get to know us as we get to know you! If we're both keen to move forward, you'll conduct a criteria assessment and role-based task.

Step 2

If you progress to the next stage, you’ll have an interview with the hiring manager where your skills will be assessed. It's your chance to show off and a good chance to ask us any questions!

Step 3

The last step is a final interview with a team member and HR. At this stage, we make sure that you're a good fit for the company and your new team; culture fit is just as valued as skills.

Step 4

Congratulations! If you've made it to this stage then we think you're a great fit for the role and our company. We'll give you a call to let you know and send you an email with your offer letter attached. You just need to say yes!

The Operations team is the heart of the company; they organise and look after everything that goes on behind the scenes at Support Revolution. It comprises of our Facilities, HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition teams.
