Support Revolution is a rapidly growing company providing Oracle/SAP support for organisations worldwide. We are headquartered in Thatcham, UK, and have global offices in Russia, India, and the UAE.
We are always expanding our technical, sales, and administrative teams as the company grows - and are seeking energetic, skilled, and resourceful professionals to join our team.
Support Revolution believes that organisations are being held hostage by Oracle and SAP; paying too much for software support & maintenance and being forced into unwanted upgrades.
Our mission is to cut our customer’s Oracle & SAP maintenance costs in half, whilst providing a better quality of service and freeing them from the mandatory upgrade cycle. Our customers are then able to redeploy funds from maintenance to innovation - investing in their own future.

Beer Fridge and Socials
You read that right, every day at 4pm (and 12pm on Fridays), we open the free beer fridge – so you can help yourself to a beer, wine, or G&T and relax with your team. We also run regular nights out and team days too!
We know that a strict 9-5 doesn’t work for everyone, that’s why we give employees the option to flex their work hours.

The application process
We follow the same process for all of our applicants at Support Revolution - designed to ensure that it is fair and the right person gets the right role.
Use the tool below to find a suitable role for you and fill in the online form to apply. The hiring manager will be notified directly. If you are suitable for the role, we'll reach out to you to arrange a phone interview.
We use phone interviews to tell you more about the company and the role. We then ask you questions about your application so we can get to know you better! If we still think you're a good fit, we'll invite you for an interview.
A skills interview is your chance to shine - we'll ask you questions about your previous roles to assess your suitability for this one. At this stage you'll meet with your new manager so its a good chance to ask questions.
This final interview is with your hiring manager and another member of our team. At this stage we make sure that you're a good fit for the company and your new team.
