Subscription licensed software is not able to be supported by third parties. For example, Oracle Fusion systems on Oracle Cloud, or SAP S/4HANA hosted by SAP.
As well as this, there are also some services and issues that are not covered by third-party support and would require added services to be supported.
Usually related to hardware or space issues, these are not covered by third-party support and should be referred to your Level 2 support partner, or Support Revolution customers could also use Enhancement Days
If issues occur after upgrading your system this will likely be upgrade-related and would require you to communicate with your upgrade partner
We will supply the patching for you, but will not implement it for you (unless we are your AMS provider)
