What to expect during the hiring process

Step 1 - Screening Interview:

This will involve a 30-minute Teams call with one of our internal recruiters. Get to know us as we get to know you! We will take you through the job role and assess your application in more detail.

Step 2 - Hiring Manager Interview:

This will be a 60-minute interview with the hiring manager and a team member. It’s your chance to show off your skills and a great opportunity to ask us any questions!

Step 3 - HR Interview:

This is a final 30-minute interview with a team member and HR. At this stage, we will finalise the interview process and clarify any outstanding points.

Step 4 - Offer:

Congratulations! If you’ve made it to this stage, we think you’ll be an excellent fit for the role and our company! We will call you to let you know and send you an email with your offer letter attached. You just need to say yes!
