Support Revolution is a rapidly growing company providing support on Oracle and SAP software for organisations worldwide. We are headquartered in Thatcham, UK, and have international offices in India and the UAE. As a company we have grown by a minimum of 40% every year since our foundation in 2012. In addition to this, our staff headcount grew 30% last year, and with our new offices opening, we are set to over double this in 2021. This makes for a really exciting work environment with new challenges every day as we expand into new markets and regions.

Our mission:

Support Revolution believes that organisations are being held hostage by Oracle and SAP; paying too much for software support and maintenance and being forced into unwanted upgrades. Our mission is to cut our customers’ Oracle and SAP support & maintenance costs in half, while providing an improved quality of service and freeing them from restrictive clauses and traps placed on them by Oracle and SAP. 

Support Revolution has been doing just this successfully in Europe since our launch in 2012, but now we are ready to push into the global market. The question is, when will you join us on this journey?

We pride ourselves on providing our employees with challenging and interesting work on a daily basis. As a company expanding into new regions, there are always new challenges or variations of previous ones.

Competitive Salary

We expect our teams to work hard, so we always ensure we provide a competitive benefits package so you feel properly rewarded for your work. We also review these every year in annual employee appraisals, as well as quarterly PDP meetings, to help you meet any KPIs/targets come the annual appraisals.

Holiday Package

We offer all employees 25 days of holiday per year, plus bank holidays, plus your birthday (because nobody wants to work on their birthday). All employees can also buy an additional five days per year.

Our Culture

Our culture is the most important thing to us for our employees at Support Revolution. We actively encourage teams to host events inside and outside of work. This is anything from team building days to going for a drink at lunch time.

Speaking of…

Working within a company, it can seem like each team acts like their own micro company. At Support Revolution, we invite all employees to come together at 4pm everyday for a complimentary drink from the ‘beer fridge.’ Help yourself to a free beer, glass of wine, or a soft drink! They are available everyday at 4pm.

Flexible Working

We know that a strict nine to five doesn’t work for everyone. That’s why we give employees the option to flex their work hours.

We value work-life balance very highly at Support Revolution and embrace home working to reflect this. This differs depending on the nature of your role, but we generally work from home twice a week (while still being available for important on-site meetings!).

It’s a really exciting time at Support Revolution. As a company, we have grown 40% year over year since our launch in 2012.

However, in the last year, our staff headcount has grown 30% and is expected to double this year! This has been possible by opening offices in Dubai and India.
